About delivery:
It requires about 5-7 working days to produce the machine after receiving your deposit. Select fiber laser marker models are in stock. All units are fully tested prior to arranging delivery.
About payment:
Payments are split as 30% in advance, 70% before delivery. Production initiates upon receiving your deposit. Once the machine is prepared, we will provide you with machine photos and a test run video. The remaining balance is completed after your approval, leading to shipment dispatch.
1. 24 months guarantee of the complete machine.
2. Main parts (excluding consumables) will be replaced free of charge if any issues arise during the warranty period.
3. Lifetime maintenance is offered free of charge.
4. Technical support is available online for the entire lifecycle of the machine.
5. If necessary, technical staff can be sent to your location for setup or adjustment.
