Q2: Compare with other supplier, what's your machine advantage?
This portable model fiber laser marker uses Raycus brand laser source (very famous brand, offering a 2-year warranty) instead of lesser-known sources. About the control system, we use the original BJ JCZ control card with tracking number for stable performance, rather than cracked versions which do not support Win10. We also adopt genuine EZCAD software with powerful functions and use high configurations for all other components.
Q3: How's the payment?
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to the official bank account or Western Union (WU). We also accept Made-in-China trade insurance orders.
Q4: This is the first time I use this kind of machine, is it easy to operate?
Yes, the EZCAD software is very user-friendly. We provide comprehensive manuals and guide videos. If you still have questions, our technicians can assist you online via "Teamviewer", telephone, email, or other channels.
Q5: What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
The whole machine has a 1-year warranty, and the Raycus laser source has a 2-year warranty. Our technicians will diagnose problems based on your feedback. Non-consumable parts will be replaced for free if the issues are caused by quality faults.
Q6: If the machine has problem in my place, how could I do?
If the machine experiences issues under normal use within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts for free, and our technicians will sincerely guide you to resolve the problem.
