1 What warranty and after sale service do you offer?

We offer a 2-Year Warranty for all machines. Each Laser Source is offered brand new with a test report. Additionally, each set of machines is carefully inspected and tested before delivery to guarantee optimal performance.

We provide installation videos and user manuals. For troubleshooting, our engineers offer Online Guidance or can remotely control your system to resolve issues directly.

2 How do I purchase the machine? What is the process?

Once we confirm the machine details, shipping preferences, and payment terms, processing begins. Production takes about 3 to 7 days after payment confirmation. Full payment is required prior to delivery. We accept a 30% deposit and 70% balance structure. We will provide machine photos, test videos, and packing details for your approval before finalizing the shipment.

3 How long is the delivery time?

Production starts immediately upon receiving payment. Shipment usually occurs within 3 to 7 days. Assembly of the machine is quick (taking about 1 day), but because we test all units extensively for quality assurance and queue orders chronologically, the final preparation timeframe ranges between 3 to 10 days.

4 What shipping terms do you offer?

1. DDU Shipping: Express door-to-door delivery (via DHL, UPS, FedEx). You cover shipping costs, customs clearance, and local duties.
2. DDP Shipping: Hassle-free door-to-door delivery. Shipping cost includes customs clearance, port fees, taxes, and final delivery. No extra processes needed on your end.
3. EXW Shipping: We send the cargo to your chosen domestic shipping agent's warehouse within China.
4. CIF Shipping: We ship to your nearest seaport. Once arrived, you take charge of local port handling fees, customs clearance, and final transport.
5. FOB Shipping: We deliver to the designated Chinese port, handling local customs fees. Subsequent logistics transfer to your carrier.

5 What kind of packaging is provided, and is it free?

We package all fiber, CO2, and UV laser marking systems or large-format laser engraving cutters in robust wooden cases. This packaging is entirely free.

6 What is the expected lifespan of the machine?

The laser source has an estimated operational life of 100,000 hours. The total lifespan depends on daily usage, operational environment, materials processed, and software settings. The machine is covered by a 2-year warranty and typically serves for 3+ years under standard operation conditions.
