This independently developed visual laser marking system deeply integrates laser marking, motion control, and automatic loading and unloading technologies, enabling unmanned automatic marking processing. The software system supports customized assembly lines (x, y dual-axis platforms), and supports flying marking, pseudo-coaxial mode, and off-axis mode. Through visual automatic recognition, positioning, and motion control, it achieves dynamic marking on assembly lines (xy platforms). Using visual positioning technology to guide the laser for precise marking of workpieces, it solves problems such as difficulty in manual positioning and low marking efficiency for some objects. Compared with manual positioning, it reduces personnel requirements and improves processing efficiency. It can also statistically track the number of processed items, inspect processed products, perform various automated controls, and interface with MES systems. It supports various types of lasers and can process a variety of metals and non-metals, especially high-hardness, high-brittleness, and high-melting-point materials, making it suitable for precision processing of various materials.
This marking system is suitable for applications with a large processing range and is typically used with trays or entire boxes. The system supports pseudo-coaxial and off-axis modes, and supports laser marking. Applicable scope: Tray-packed item processing, 3C industry, printed material cutting, metal nameplates, pipe fittings, locks and zippers, hardware tools, automotive parts, daily necessities, electrical parts, digital products, building materials and accessories, craft gifts, ceramic products, food packaging, glass products, molds and jewelry, mobile phone components, consumer electronics, IT industry, communications industry, machinery manufacturing, food and pharmaceuticals, medical devices, watches and glasses, leather and clothing, electrical appliances, instruments and meters, etc.
The flying vision marking system can accurately locate and process products that are continuously moving on the production line. During the movement, the system automatically tracks the position of the moving object, ensuring accurate marking. Flying vision laser marking offers higher processing efficiency compared to ordinary static vision laser marking. Applicable scope: Metal nameplates, pipe fittings, buckles and zippers, hardware tools, automotive parts, daily necessities, electrical parts, digital products, building materials and accessories, craft gifts, ceramic products, food packaging, glass products, molds and jewelry, mobile phone components, consumer electronics, IT industry, communications industry, machinery manufacturing, food and pharmaceuticals, medical devices, watches and glasses, leather and clothing, electrical appliances, instruments and meters, etc.
