For this portable model fiber laser marker, regardless of the laser generator, we always use Raycus brand laser source, a very famous brand offering a 2-year warranty. Other suppliers may choose Max laser source. About the control system, we use the original BJ JCZ control card with tracking numbers for stable performance; other suppliers may choose cracked versions which do not support Win10 systems. For the control software, we always adopt Genuine EZCAD software with powerful functions. For other components, we match you with the highest configuration as well!

The machine's EZCAD software is very easy to operate. Many machine manuals and guide videos are available; we will send them and teach you how to operate the machine. If you still cannot learn how to use it, our technicians can help you via "TeamViewer" online help software, phone, email, or other communication methods.

The whole machine warranty is 1 year, and the Raycus laser source warranty is 2 years. In case of any issues, our technicians will figure out what the problem may be based on client feedback. Parts, except for consumable parts, will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality faults.

If the machine has any problems under "normal use" and within the warranty period, we will send free parts to you, and our technicians will guide you on how to solve the problem.
